PURCHASES
To effectuate a purchase, you will be asked to supply:

- The expiration date of your credit card;
- The security code on the back of your credit card; and
- Your billing address.
All payments shall be processed immediately through a third party service. We are not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third party service.
You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.
We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact law enforcement.
REFUNDS
We offer refunds up to seven (7) days after the making of an initial purchase or an automated renewal. If you request a refund on an automated renewal, a refund will be issued only on the renewal amount and not on any previous charges. You may request a refund by contacting us at contact@brazawood.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

THE PRODUCTS DISPLAYED OR SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Brazawood MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE COMPLIANCE OF ANY PRODUCTS SOLD. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE PRODUCTS AND YOUR USAGE OF SUCH PRODUCTS ARE INSTALLED AND DISPLAYED CORRECTLY AND ARE PROPERLY ADAPTED TO YOUR NEEDS.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
This Website may feature products that are offered via a subscription model. When you place an order, you will be charged for the plan that you select and enrolled in automatic renewals unless cancelled.

GOVERNING LAW, SEVERABILITY, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND VENUE
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
